TFG236 KDF/GAC Inline Water Filter – Town or Tank Water

A long-life, five-stage inline drinking-water filter for town or tank-water systems.

The TFG236 combines sediment filtration, KDF media and granular activated carbon to improve taste and odour while helping reduce chlorine, sediment and selected metals. Its quick-change inline format suits many New Zealand under-bench systems using a separate drinking-water tap.

Five-stage filtration

1. Water diffuser to reduce channeling through the media
2. 5-micron sediment pre-filter
3. KDF media for metal reduction and bacterial-growth inhibition
4. Granular activated carbon for chlorine, taste and odour reduction
5. 1-micron sediment finishing filter

Service life

Typical service life is up to two to three years on town water and up to approximately two years on tank water. Actual life depends on water quality, consumption and incoming sediment load.

Installation and compatibility

• Includes quick-connect fittings for 6mm tubing
• Includes a wall-mounting clip
• Designed for common under-bench drinking-water systems

To replace an existing inline cartridge, isolate the water supply, remove the old cartridge, connect the tubing in the correct flow direction and flush thoroughly before drinking.

This quick change cartridge replaces almost all existing filters.

And for home using town water supply will last up to 2-3 years, giving great tasting drinking water.

Comes with quick connect fittings for the 6mm tubing.

Just cut out your old filter and push the tubing in each end and run the water.
