Refund policy

Damaged in transit policy.

All goods are fully inspected in order to ensure they arrive in good condition. Should the goods arrive damaged they should not be signed for and returned to us via the courier driver. Signing for the goods is acceptance of the goods being delivered in good condition.
Returns:

Change of mind/wrong goods ordered policy.

"We are happy to credit or exchange any unopened goods within 14 days of delivery, provided that we receive the goods in original condition. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. Unless prior arragement has been made.

If your refund request is accepted, the refund will be transferred back to the originating credit card or held to your credit against future invoices. No cash refunds will be given.
